In the morning

  1. Always remember to wash your skin well and rinse it with fresh water: your microcirculation will be stimulated and that may reduce the look of dark circles and eye bags. When you wipe your face, do it delicately around the eye area: the skin is sensitive there and requires more care than elsewhere.
  2. Before putting on make-up, take the time to apply the two-step RoC® PRO-SUBLIME Anti-Age Eye Perfecting System . Thanks to its patented E-PULSE™ technology1, it stimulates the skin’s natural repair process2 by creating imperceptible micro-stimulations. Dark circles, eye bags and wrinkles are visibly reduced.

Step 1: Delicately apply the grey-colored Eye Perfecting Concentrate

Step 2: Gently pat the Eye Perfecting Activating Fluid on top of the concentrate

In the evening

  1. When you remove your make-up, be delicate with the area of the eye contours, as it is an extremely fragile area of the face. Take good care of using a gentle cleanser like Extra Comfort Cleansing Water .
  2. Next, give your eye contour area the means to hydrate and regenerate itself as you sleep. RoC® PRO-SUBLIME Anti-Wrinkle Reviving Cream has been designed for this purpose. Formulated with hyaluronic acid, with plumping properties, and Retinol which helps support the natural process of elastin and collagen synthesis, it rapidly smoothes the look of fine lines and wrinkles.

  • Protect yourself and take action against sun

Sun exposure is an acknowledged cause of premature skin ageing. Be careful to protect your eyes with sunglasses when you are outside!

To combat sun-ageing, protect your face all year round with an appropriate sun protection factor of at least 30, not only during summertime but also on sunny days in autumn, winter and spring.

  • Do what it takes to have a better sleep

At night, the cells of the body and skin cells regenerate themselves. However, we do not all require the same amount of sleep : learn to know yourself, by keeping a diary for a while to help you establish the hours at which it suits you to fall asleep and the circumstances which ruin your sleep. Then try to follow your rhythm.

Avoid stimulants (tea, coffee, alcohol) after 4 pm, sport in the evening, stressful discussions after dinner, heavy meals and temperatures that are too high (fresh shower, bedroom thermostat set to 19°C).
