In the morning

  • Protect yourself from the sun

    Do not forget that the sun attacks your skin whatever the season. So, combat sun-ageing by protecting your face all year round with an appropriate sun protection factor of at least 30, not only during summertime but also on sunny days in autumn, winter and spring

  • Do not forget your neck and your chest

    We tend to forget them too often, but the neck and the chest have to be taken care of in order for them to stay firm and keep their youthful appearance. So don’t forget them when applying your daily skincare product. 

    To combat a receding chin, or indeed a nascent double chin, you can also think about facial gymnastics.  

    Here’s an example of an exercise that you can carry out 50 times in a row, every day: pronounce the letters ‘X’ and ‘O’ in an exaggerated manner, 50 consecutive times. The traction exercised upon the muscles of your neck should make your chest rise very slightly.
